doesnt the bugs weakspot have a 90% damage reduction unless the weapon has the explosive trait

is the tick damage from the flames separate from any damage done by the flame itself? or is it more efficient to only ignite the enemy and then wait out those three seconds to conserve ammo?

I love the regular medium machine gun. It’s so versatile you don’t need to bring anything bigger until medium-and-up difficulties

I still think fire should eventually cause automaton guns to explode and become unusable. I know it makes sense for the robots to have resistance to fire, but COMPLETE immunity is a bit too far. Surely their circuits or glass cameras would be effected to some degree. Everyone who uses a computer on the summer knows that heat can defeat a CPU.

We need dark matter or terminid fueled flamethrower asap

What we need for the Machine Gun sentry is more hp. This would give it utility as a damage dealing lure/distraction that doesn’t immediately go down

I use strafing run a lot. It's SUPER USEFUL to just have a "fuck it, fuck everything in that direction" button. The heavy armour pen is basically just a minor buff, since you don't use it to kill heavies- though it IS nice to damage them enough that a single rocket can kill them now, you use it for crowd control in a more controlled direction. Clusters can do the same, but given they come in at 90 degrees, it's often less effective in practice, even if it looks cool.

How can you shoot it faster? It appears if you let up the trigger it resets the timer… but the only way I can get it to shoot is let up the trigger

While I agree 110mm rocket pod dmg nerf was questionable, the targeting changes do feel nice. I occasionally bring it for Automatons as a poor man’s railcannon strike vs fabricators, tanks, and turrets. And because it’s an eagle, I get 3 uses every 2 minutes, compared to the 4 minute cooldown for rail-cannon. If they bring up the damage slightly to more consistently one shot Hulks/Chargers, I think it will be in a really good spot. From their blogpost, it sounds like AH may have intentionally toned down damage for this rework, but are open to making buffs if it feels a little underwhelming like it does now.
